Privacy Notice for GSM Autogroup II, LLC DBA Audi Mission Viejo (“Dealership”)

This notice is provided to you as required by the federal Graham Leach Bliley Act and refers to the Dealership’s policies and practices, effective July 1, 2001, as governed by that law:

The Dealership collects nonpublic personal information about you from: (A) information the Dealership receives from you on applications and other forms; (B) information about your transactions with the Dealership, its affiliates and others, and (C) information the Dealership receives from credit reporting agencies. The Dealership may disclose to its affiliated companies any or all of the information it collects about you. Where they apply, the Dealership observes limits and restrictions set by law on sharing certain kinds of information with its affiliates.

The Dealership may disclose any and all nonpublic personal information it has obtained about you to credit bureaus and similar organizations and otherwise when permitted by law. The Dealership may also share any or all of your nonpublic personal information with companies that work for or with it or with which it has a joint marketing agreement.
